If you choose to work with me as a buyer's agent, this will provide you with the following important advantages:

1. By choosing to work exclusively with me to purchase a home, I will work on your behalf in order to find the best possible value for your money. This includes selecting the best location, lot, and house to suit your own individual needs and preferences, at the best price. If you choose to buy a house directly through the listing agent, that agent is representing the seller, which means that he is trying to get top dollar for the property, and might choose not to disclose certain information about the property that the owner might not want you to know about! 

2. If you choose to purchase a home through me, I will give you a cash rebate of 20% of my commission! If you buy the property through the listing agent or another company, the chances are they will be collecting the whole commission, which is included in the proceeds of the sale. This could translate to a large sum of money, depending on the purchase price of the property and the commission split set by the listing broker. The commission is paid by seller - working with me as a buyer's agent is absoloutely free!
